This personal attention and open communication have helped us earn a solid home building reputation with our clients throughout Maryland, including Carroll County, Howard County, Baltimore County and Frederick County.

We realize that no one can build a home or addition by themselves, and the best home building practices are worthless if they cannot be implemented with consistency and accuracy. In order to maintain our commitment to getting the details right, we do not jump from supplier to supplier or subcontractor to subcontractor shopping for the lowest bid. We have developed solid relationships with top notch Architects, Engineers, sub-contractors and suppliers that ensure quality craftsmanship on every project. Our Owner

Owner, Neil Mulloy graduated from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and Salisbury University with a B.S. degree in Construction Management and a minor in Finance. This background in project management and finance has been crucial in developing our top-notch process of scheduling, management, and communication that keep construction moving smoothly.

Neil’s hands-on experience with a wide range of construction areas began in elementary school, working summers and weekends for the family plumbing business. With an increased interest in all aspects of residential construction, he decided to attend college to learn more about what he loved. While attending college, Neil worked in a fast paced environment for a large track home builder on Maryland’s eastern shore.

After graduation, Neil wanted a more personal role in home building and began work for a smaller custom home builder in Howard County. There, he developed relationships with homeowners that gave him a sense of pride to the completion of a true custom home. To this day, this emphasis on client relationships remains the primary goal of Mulloy Builders.
