We walk you through your available access to utilities and help you identify whether or not you are connected to natural gas and if you have access other types of public utilities. We can also determine if there is enough area for a private well and septic and where these will be located on the lot. Driveway Access
Driveway access can often be overlooked when it comes to selecting a lot. Some lot buyers just want to own the largest lot available even if it comes with a larger set of challenges. Some lots may have slopes or physical barriers that make it extremely difficult to add easy driveway access. We will also identify boundary setbacks, any trees that need to be cleared, easements and right of ways.
